MAT™ can be a valuable tool for a wide demographic of individuals. If you suffer from any type of tightness or discomfort; are a regular (or not-so-regular) exerciser or competitive athlete; have trouble moving or keeping your balance due to aging or injury; have ever had any type of traumatic experience (such as a car accident or surgery) or injury (no matter how small); or want to be able to do what you currently enjoy doing for years to come, MAT™ may be of benefit to you!
Previously you would have to drive to Dallas or OKC for this treatment but now is available at AthletePlus.

“I know how important it is to take care of our bodies so that we can keep doing the things we love. I take that into every massage that I perform. I strive to meet each of my client’s individual needs in the massage room. So that they can be best prepared to meet their goals in their lives. Whether that be an hour of relaxation after a tough week. Or, helping them to prepare for an upcoming sporting/athletic event.”
Great experience. Always felt motivated to work my hardest and knew that the therapists were truly caring about my recovery.
I almost didn’t come back after the first week of therapy because the pain was so bad but I’m so glad I did. My experience was so good with all of the therapy assistants. I felt they were very caring.
I was really pleased with the service at AthletePlus. The staff is professional and helpful. I felt comfortable asking any questions about the therapy and anything related to my injury. I felt at ease getting advice on how to adapt the routines so I could do them at home. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone.
Overall a very positive experience. The staff has been very professional and have provided me with not just therapy, but a method to continue my work outside the center. All the exercises provided have been such that they can be integrated into my normal workout routine. This should allow me to work on any problems on my own in the future. I have been very pleased with the progress I made and with the program.
Very enjoyable. Instruction was concise and focus on my injury was expertly addressed. Chris let me describe in detail my injury and built a program specific to treating my issue.
Exceptional will be my word. First thing that comes in my mind.
I feel that I have gotten stronger and I have learned what me weak areas are. I also think that I have learned some things that I need to avoid.
Fantastic, I would recommend it to anyone and a nice friendly caring atmosphere. They will help you with what ever your needs are.
Very helpful! It gave me the ability to return to my sport as soon as possible.
My experience was very good and my physiotherapist was very informative. I am happy to come back here again after my knee surgery.
